Important Notice: These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 8upb platform and the user. By registering on the platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.
01 General Terms and Conditions
8upb ("we", "our", or "the platform") is an online gaming and betting platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and various gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to the 8upb.cam website and all services offered through it.
The following conditions are considered an integral part of these Terms:

02 Account Registration and Eligibility
Registration Requirements
To register with 8upb and use its services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

- You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh
- You must register under your own name with accurate and complete information
- You may hold only one account
Accuracy of Account Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If false information is provided, 8upb reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit any pending balance.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Allowing any other person to use your account is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for any unauthorised use of your account.
03 Age Verification
8upb strictly prohibits the use of the platform by anyone under the age of 21. At any stage of registration, we may request any of the following documents to verify your age:
- National Identity Card (NID)
- Valid Passport
- Birth Registration Certificate
Warning: 8upb reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until age verification is complete. If it is found that the platform has been used by a minor, all transactions will be cancelled and the account will be permanently closed.
04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Deposit Terms
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the 8upb platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
Funds deposited must be sent from a payment account registered in your own name. Payments sent from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required if a verification process is needed.
- Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made
- The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used
- Unusual or suspicious transactions may require additional verification
- 8upb reserves the right to cancel withdrawal requests in specific circumstances
Currency and Transactions
All transactions on the 8upb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). If any conversion fee applies, it will be communicated in advance.
05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.
Wagering Requirement: Before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn, the total bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (25x). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳25,000 before withdrawing.
VIP Program
Regular players can participate in the VIP program. 8upb's VIP program has three tiers:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback — entry-level tier for new VIP members
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback — advancement is possible through regular activity
- Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback — premium tier with the highest level of benefits
Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your regular activity and betting history on the platform. Decisions regarding tier changes are entirely at the discretion of 8upb.
Other Promotions
All promotional offers have their own terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting any offer. 8upb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- Claiming any single promotion more than once is strictly prohibited
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be investigated
- Promotional funds cannot be transferred to another account
06 Gaming Policy and Fair Play
Fair Play Policy
All games on the 8upb platform are conducted fairly. Our gaming system is secured with SSL encryption and advanced technology. No game result is predetermined — all outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
Betting Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits. To support responsible gaming, users can set their own deposit and betting limits.
Game Errors
If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, that game result will be considered void and the amount wagered will be refunded. 8upb reserves the right to forfeit any winnings obtained from a faulty game.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of your balance:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Completing registration by providing false information
- Strategic betting with the intent to abuse bonuses
- Using computer programs, bots, or automated software
- Attempting to defraud other users
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
- Using third-party payment methods
- Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity
Warning: Any attempt to gain a strategic gaming or technical advantage without permission is prohibited. 8upb has full authority to make decisions regarding such activities.
08 Account Suspension and Closure
Closure by 8upb
8upb may suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of terms and conditions
- Provision of false information
- Suspicion of fraud or deception
- Failure to complete age verification
- Extended period of inactivity
Closure by the User
You may close your account at any time. For self-exclusion or a temporary break, please contact our support team via 24/7 live chat. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.
09 Privacy and Data Protection
8upb gives the highest priority to the protection of your personal information. Our full privacy policy has been published separately. The key points are:
- Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of operating the platform
- Your information will not be sold to third parties
- Your information will not be disclosed except as required by law

10 Limitation of Liability
8upb will not bear any responsibility for the following:
- Games lost due to technical errors or internet disconnection
- Losses resulting from theft of a user's account credentials
- Financial losses caused by a user's own mistakes
- Failures on the part of third-party payment providers
- Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)

11 Changes to Terms and Conditions
8upb reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform.
Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be taken as acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please stop using the platform and submit a request to close your account.
